Notice of Proposed Regulations

As required under the Administrative Procedures Act 2 PNC Chapter 1, On March 3, 2026, the FIU began the promulgation process of the FIU AML/CFT Regulation 03 – Other Reporting Entities: VASPs and MTVS and FIU AML/CFT Regulation 04 – AML/CFT Reporting Entity Registry 04. The comment period will run from March 3, 2026 to April 2, 2026. Comments can be submitted to adminspecialist@palaufiu.org.
